Returns and Exchanges

Agnes Florko Art & Designs gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non sale items within 30 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item(s) is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Once we have received your email, we will contact you with instructions you will need to follow to return your order for a exchange or refund.

Additional terms and conditions will apply for high value original artworks. These may vary depending on the item(s) and also the shipping location. You will be provided these prior to finalising such orders and ahead of dispatch of such items.

If your product arrives damaged you may contact us within 30 days from your purchase and get it repaired or replaced.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items can not be refunded. Please note that any original products can't be replaced only refunded as they are non-reproducible.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
